Sutton Grange Fairbank Field Blend 2021 heirloom-vineyards both place and grapeA blend of two white grape varieties Viognier and Fiano. This vintage has a nose perfumed with whiter flowers and zesty lemons. Further underpinned by wild honey notes and coriander seed taking the wine in a tropical direction. With a touch of salinity from skin contact, the palate is medium weight, fruit driven by mango skin and stone fruits. Chalky tannins bring in a zippy lemony finish.
