and a salty mineral precision that lingers
This is 100% Colombard
Auslese is the ripest of grapes in the vineyard with some botrysis sneaking in
With notes of raspberry and cassis and a pop of acidity
2025 Bieler Père & Fils Rose Cuvée Sabine Fancy and a salty mineral precisionIn the past Aix en Provence was known for having such searing acid that it was almost undrinkable. With climate change the wineries in the south of France have needed to acidify the wines, the exception is Aix en Provence, where they now have the upper hand and the wines are right in the sweet spot. Mouthwatering, the perfect quenching refreshment all summer long.
