Description

and seeds combined with Italian Brandy

It is a brilliant example again of Adrien’s philosophy of looking to achieve complexity but without sacrificing elegance and freshness in his final wines

this was split between tank and a seasoned 2000L foudre for wild ferment

and it now makes up 40% of the blend

Tamar Ridge Grand Assemblage Pinot Noir 2022 the-other-wine-co and seeds combined with ItalianSelected from over 300 barrels of Pinot Noir in 2022. Meticulous blending and tasting lead us to a combination of only seven final barrels to make this exciting new addition to Tamar Ridge.
