The 2016 carries special significance: it was the final vintage made under the Gardinier family
which is only possible because the family grows every grape themselves — 110 hectares farmed organically in Torrelavit
The 1792 Bottled in Bond Bourbon has a mature aromatic profile
Domaine Giachino Vin de Savoie Monfarina 2022 050526OFFER vanilla and leatherFrdric and David Giachino farm 15 hectares in Savoie under full organic and biodynamic certification, working alpine slopes around Mont Granier. Monfarina, named for a traditional Piedmontese dance, is their flagship white: roughly 70% Jacqure with Verdesse (~20%) and Mondeuse Blanche (~10%), made without added sulfites. It captures everything we love about mountain whites, brisk acidity, transparent fruit, and a saline pull from the limestone scree.
