Castello Di Farnetella Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG 2022 2018 vinemind riesling thanks Chris

thanks Chris

Made from a field blend of early picked Sangiovese and Shiraz it has delightful red berry aromas of strawberries and cherries

a plate of mussels steamed in garlic and white wine

It has plenty of natural acidity to balance all those exotic flavours so try it with a poached chicken with tarragon cream sauce

Castello Di Farnetella Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG 2022 2018 vinemind riesling thanks ChrisPerfume Fruity on the nose, with aromas of wild red berryfruit and notes of anise and sweet liquorice (classic to the Sangiovese of this area), well melded into subtle nuances of spice. Color Rich ruby red with purplish highlights. Taste Velvety mouthfeel, with a finish laced with aromatic fruit and delicate vanilla.
