Zarate Rias Baixas Albarino 2025 BFCM21ALL mellow enough to drink neatZarate is the benchmark name in Rias Baixas, a family estate now in its seventh generation under Eulogio Pomares, farming the granite soils of Val do Salnes biodynamically. This is the heartland of Albarino, and Zarate's flagship bottling shows exactly why: estate vines averaging over 35 years, wild yeast fermentation, and time on the lees give it real character.
