Merlin height-8 When we feel new wePhotograph, Edition of 10, 42" x 46" This is a photograph of a Merens stallion. They are pure black, with a slight red tinge in their manes and tails. The Merens horses are indigenous to the Pyrenees region of southern France. This was photographed in a forest under an overcast sky as the stallion was running through the trees. Since the light was very flat and dark, I had to work very hard in the digital darkroom to bring out the essence and strength
