Ruby red in colour, the wine has a full and intense fragrance with hints of red cherries and raspberries, and a touch of grapefruit. On the palate the wine is smooth and well balanced with notes of red currant, strawberry and some savoury hints of tobacco and herbs. With gentle tannins and a long finish it is very easy drinking and ready to drink now. Pair it with classic Italian dishes like pasta
