Description

Palate: supple & fresh

Catena Alta Malbec is deep violet in colour with indigo highlights

Slender and crisp on the palate

Back home in Alsace they hooked up with their old friend Paul and took a colloquial saying from the local Alsatian dialect and turned it

Underground Winemakers Offspring Pinot Gris montevecchio Palate: supple & freshTrue to the wines of Alsace with a touch of the Peninsula. We batonaged this wine to create complexity and generosity of the palate. Lifted floral nose with notes of jasmine. Voluptuous and beautifully balanced fruit and acid. Sensational varietal characters, great length.
