Marguet Champagne 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Yuman 22 NV GROWER The vineyards are steepBenot Marguet's Blanc de Blancs cuve100% Chardonnay from Premier Cru vineyards in Vrigny, where some vines date to 1925. This is the most delicate wine in the Marguet range: where the Shaman cuves draw power from Grand Cru Pinot Noir, Yuman is all finesse. Same biodynamic philosophy, same horse ploughed vineyards, same native yeast fermentation and zero dosage. A Champagne for lovers of Blanc de Blancs who want the precision of artisanal production.
