Tim Smith Wines Eden Valley Riesling Size::1 Bottle for 12 monthsBright, light yellow colour; intriguing gas pipe note on the nose, slightly reductive, showing more as a flinty character than rank sulfide. There are attractive Eden Valley regional dried floral boronia like aromas there too. It has good intensity and refinement in the mouth, the balance is bone dry and it's cleansing on the finish. The aftertaste brings back memories of mandarin, lemon and again various dried flower nuances. Struck flint, bath salts
