Redbank Victoria Victorian Chardonnay 2024 chateau-maucamps Palate: The attack is slightlyPale green in colour with gold tints. Lifted aromas of sea spray, loquat and lemon sherbet with underlying notes of green peach, bath salts and oyster shell. The palate is crisp and fresh with generous flavours of melon and lemon pepper, leading to a savoury, creamy texture on the mid palate. Ready to drink on release and for up to two years. Enjoy with a Thai stir fry, or lemongrass and lime glazed salmon fillets with a side of Asian greens.
