Kareen Sierra Foothills Barbera Rosato 2025 SCCOS the resulting whisky is aKareen, the Nemet family's small low intervention operation in Lodi, takes Sierra Foothills Barbera and turns it into a thirst quenching pink. Made from sustainably farmed fruit and fermented with native yeasts, this Rosato leans on Barbera's natural acidity to stay bright and refreshing rather than sweet. It's a warm weather pour with a little more personality than your average ros. Chill it down and don't overthink it.
