Emilio Lustau Oloroso Don Nuno Sherry ReasonableCellar2025 serious Pinot NoirOxidized for twelve years in Jerez's bodega, this dark bronze Oloroso unfolds with pungent walnut, bitter chocolate, and baked chestnut aromas backed by smoky oak. Rich, concentrated, and deeply complex, it balances intensity with tangy acidity that prevents heaviness. Serve slightly chilled alongside aged cheeses, game dishes, or rich stewsor simply as a contemplative digestif.
