This cuve conveniently fell within the legal framework for a wine that can be labeled as a single varietal. We wondered, why is 15% the magic number? So we began an exploration using the four traditional Bordeaux grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon The result? We present the new Pat's Garden Reserve!
