Terre Noire Chenin Blanc 2023 sulfite with aromas of cherryOn the nose it presents a layered aromatic profile of ripe yellow apple and quince, complemented by delicate nutty notes and a subtle hint of wood. On the palate it is dense and structured, with a perceptible texture from lees contact and a precise, well integrated acidity. The spontaneous fermentation and the Aged in wood give the wine depth and complexity without sacrificing freshness. The finish is dry, long, and slightly salty mineral.
