Vieux Sajous 2020 5 y.o. whisky for over ten yearsClairin Vieux Sajous is produced from the distillation of Cristalline sugarcane, grown on the Saint Michel de lAttalaye plateau. It is a blend of 19 mixed barrels, which previously contained rum and whisky, and was pot stilled in 2020, aged for 5 years at the Distillerie de Port au Prince, in a tropical climate. The result is a Clairin in which the primary fragrances evolve into an aromatic complexity due to the esterification process. 70 Cl 59. 5%
