San Germano Passito IGT toscano Format:375ml questa variante vi sorprenderàSan Germano is a Passito from the Ghizzano Estate. It has its roots in the most ancient traditions of the village of Ghizzano, obviously in Tuscany. A pleasant dessert wine made with Trebbiano, Malvasia bianca and Colombana grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are left to dry hanging in a cool, dry place for four months and then destemmed and pressed. The must is subsequently transferred into small oak barrels, so that it can ferment for 3 and a half
