Vintage darning mushrooms darning Rachael Matthews gives us permissionIf you want to darn you need a mushroom or an egg to help you on your way. These are genuine old darning mushrooms and every one is different, most with much evidence of use. Some are big, some are small, some wooden and some Bakelite, an early form of plastic. If you have questions let me know. Choose wood or bakelite, then the individual choices will show.
