High temperature steel plate (special alloy), polished, 20mm thick. Peripheral groove with cut out for grease removal, collection drawer at the front for easy cleaning. Heating with in line burner banks (7 kW), optimum heat distribution. Regulated by gas valves, with pilot light and safety thermocouple. Burnt gas evacuation on 3 sides. Removable chimney for easy maintenance. Appliance insulated with 10mm aluman plates.
