quinta do pessegueiro porto doc vintage 2016 with hints of vanillaThe grapes come from 40 year old vines on two of Quinta's parcels of land, which face north east and lie 150 meters above sea level. After manual harvest in boxes of 25 kg. the grapes were kept in the fridge for 12 hours. Vinification was carried out by 5 days of foot stomping in the vineyard.
