It is a blend of white grapes, divided into 30% Granche Blanc, 30% Clairette, 30% Roussane and 10% Bouboulenc. These grapes come from vineyards in different areas, however with the exception of the Roussane vineyards they have in common the presence of calcareous soils. After a brief maceration on the skins, fermentation and refinement take place
