Deutz Champagne Brut Rose Millesime 2015 Wine Bar | Beer with red fruit and citrusDeutz's vintage rose only appears in years worth marking, and 2015 was a ripe, sun filled one. Pinot Noir does most of the talking here, with a whisper of Chardonnay, aged for years in the house's chalk cellars beneath Ay. Expect a rose with real presence, layered red berry fruit and a creamy, mineral backed structure that can stand up to a plate of food. This is celebration Champagne that also happens to be a serious drink.
